Paradise Wall

Paradise Wall is a high-end sport-climbing crag in Paradise Valley, just north of Squamish. The wall is a sheer, slightly overhanging granite panel marked by crisp crystalline fractures, with routes established from 2015 onward.

The 10 documented sport routes span 5.13c to 5.15a. The sector includes Queen Bee (5.13c), The B-Side (5.13d), Killer Queen (5.14b), Spectre del Norte (5.14c), Spirit Quest (5.14d), and Midnight Way (5.15a).

Spirit of the West is a 35 m, 15-bolt 5.14a line, while Spirit Quest follows a direct start into it at 35 m and 5.14d. Spirit Quest is sustained and technical, with long sequences of closed-hand crimping on modest overhang; its middle section demands continuous tension and precise footwork.

Midnight Way is a 35 m link-up that begins on Spirit Quest, crosses the crux of Spectre del Norte, and finishes on the upper section of Killer Queen. It was first climbed in summer 2024 by Connor Herson.
