Roadside Slab

Roadside Slab is a roadside climbing crag in Bovilla Gorge, with a single-pitch trad line, Bob’s Your Uncle, graded UIAA VI/VI+. The route follows a stepped slab and crack system, then moves beneath a roof before continuing through gear-protected cracks and face climbing.

Bob’s Your Uncle was developed in summer 2013 by Brian Robinson and Maria Lodin. The route includes a more committing section above the roof and finishes on a large ledge; the slab is below Bovilla Dam.
