Stray Cat Alley

Stray Cat Alley is a newer rope-climbing sector in the Cypress Falls Park area of West Vancouver, British Columbia. The crag combines sport climbing with a small trad component and offers 10 listed lines, ranging from 5.9 to 5.12c.

The route spread is concentrated in the mid grades: one 5.9, one 5.10c, three 5.11a routes, two 5.11c routes, one 5.11d, and one 5.12c. Named climbs include Fearless Findlay, Pleasant Peasant, Zoomies, Turkey Trot, British Bulldog, Fuzz Box, Footloose, Kyoshi Warrior, and The Great Divide.

Approach from the Cougar Crag area by staying on the ridge rather than descending the fixed line; when the climbs on the opposite side of the creek come into view, follow the trail down to the creek and cross to the sector. British Bulldog is a 5.11a sport route with four bolts, while Footloose is a 5.12c sport climb protected by bolts.
