Taruarau Bivouac

Taruarau Bivouac is a Department of Conservation backcountry bivvy in Ruahine Forest Park (Hawke’s Bay). It’s a basic two-bunk hut built in 1960, with use on a first-come, first-served basis (no bookings required).
