The Penthouse

The Penthouse is a west-facing cliff near the summit of the South Chief in Squamish, British Columbia. It offers sport climbing on face routes in an airy position above the Chief.

The climbs begin along a long ledge system extending from the top of the Roman Chimneys south toward the Backside Trail. Treat the ledges and area below with care: loose rock or dropped gear can create a hazard beneath the cliff. Mr. Ciechanowski is listed here at 5.10a.
