The Shaman

The Shaman is a granite climbing wall in Murrin Park, between Britannia Beach and Squamish. The sector has about 10 routes, with climbing predominantly on traditional protection, although bolted rock routes are also present.

The line named The Shaman is a 5.12 trad climb in the Longhouse area. It rises behind an old cedar tree and forms part of the Murrin/Shaman Wall; its bolts and anchors were re-bolted through a local access-maintenance project. Murrin Park has no potable water, and overnight parking is prohibited.
