Up From the Depths

Up From the Depths is a V2 boulder problem in the Easy Chair sector of Grand Wall Boulders, near Squamish. It sits in a natural pit between Lounge Act and the Golden Boy boulders, at the far end of Easy Chair before the Animal Magnetism sector.

Start seated on the diagonal rails at the bottom of the hole, then climb up and right through the edges to top out at ground level. The problem is approximately 4 m high and takes a pad or two; the opening moves provide the main difficulty, with heel-and-toe positioning useful for getting out of the pit.
