Upper Trunk Monkey Area

Upper Trunk Monkey Area is a developing bouldering sector at Cypress Mountain. The approach follows Mountain Path Trail west for about 100 metres beyond Well of Poison, then continues from Peanut Boulder via a ramp roughly 10 metres to its left and a faint uphill path.

Expect a rough approach and chossy boulders in the developing area. The sector includes The Grid, a V1 problem, and Surface Detail, graded V3/4. The name comes from the Trunk Monkey Mountain Bike Trail along the area’s east side.
