Whakapapaiti Hut

Whakapapaiti Hut is a serviced hut in Tongariro National Park (Ruapehu area), run by the Department of Conservation. It has 15 bunk beds and includes a wood burner for heating, with an annual supply of firewood flown in. The hut has untreated drinking water and pit latrines for toilets.
