Chew Tobacco Hunters Hut

Chew Tobacco Hunters Hut is a privately owned backcountry hut on Stewart Island/Rakiura in the Southland region, maintained and managed by Rakiura Māori Lands Trust. It’s intended for hunting access, and use involves booking through the Rakiura Māori Lands Trust/Stewart Island block system rather than turn-up-and-stay access.
