Hope Arm Hut
Hope Arm Hut is a standard 12-bunk backcountry hut in the Fiordland National Park / Lake Manapouri area, operated by the Department of Conservation. It’s set up for self-reliant overnight stays in eastern Fiordland.
Use is first come, first served—no standard bookings are required. Bring your own provisions; there is untreated drinking water available on site, plus a fireplace and toilets (pit latrine). Fees are paid via a Standard Hut Ticket for each night (or a Backcountry Hut Pass that covers unlimited use at most Standard and Serviced huts for 12 months).
