Kennedys Hut

Kennedys Hut is a 1967 cattlemen’s log hut in Victoria’s Alpine National Park, set on the west bank of the Mitta-Mitta River near Benambra (about 1 km downstream from the Australian Alps Walking Track bridge at Taylors Crossing). It’s maintained for free, temporary emergency shelter and heritage preservation, not as private accommodation.
