Lincoln Hut
Lincoln Hut is a basic two-bunk backcountry hut in Eyre Mountains/Taka Rā Haka Conservation Park (Southland), run by the Department of Conservation. It’s set up for straightforward overnight use in the area; no bookings are required—accommodation is first come, first served.
The hut has drinking water is not provided and there’s a fireplace. The sleeping setup is two bunk beds, with toilets available using a pit latrine. Use is free.
