Manuoha Hut

Manuoha Hut is a Department of Conservation backcountry hut. It has a pit latrine and drinking water is untreated; plan on treating any water you collect at the hut site. The hut includes a fireplace and mattresses.

DOC advises Te Urewera backcountry visitors to be fully self-sufficient and carry a warm sleeping bag and other essential gear, with a distress beacon recommended for remote areas with no mobile coverage.
