Pioneer Hut

Pioneer Hut is a serviced 12-bunk backcountry hut in the Glacier area of Westland Tai Poutini National Park on the West Coast, run by the Department of Conservation and available for public use. It’s set up for use with serviced alpine bookings, and the hut is not covered by Backcountry Hut Passes or Backcountry Hut Tickets.
