Poison Boulders

Poison Boulders, also known as Poison River Boulders, is a bouldering area in British Columbia’s Slocan Valley near the Slocan River. The area is known for high-quality rock and a dense concentration of problems, including steep, pumpy climbing.

A large cedar canopy provides substantial shade, keeping the boulders cool through early afternoon in midsummer. The Slocan River is a few minutes’ walk away, making Poison Boulders a practical choice for a summer-morning session in the valley.
