Port Adventure Hunters Hut

Port Adventure Hunters Hut is a basic six-bunk backcountry hut in Rakiura National Park (Stewart Island/Rakiura), managed by the Department of Conservation. It’s aimed at hunters using booked hunting blocks, and it provides very limited facilities for basic shelter. Use requires booking and payment through the Rakiura National Park Visitor Centre; there is no DOC track access, so you’ll need to navigate to the hut yourself with map/compass/GPS.
