Mt Sunday Bivouac

Mt Sunday Bivouac is a basic 2-bunk hut in Mount Richmond Forest Park (Marlborough region), run by the Department of Conservation. Use is first come, first served—no bookings are required—and the hut has toilets (pit latrine) and untreated drinking water. Forestry operations in the wider area can close roads into Mount Richmond Forest Park, so road access may change.
